7 years is quite a long time, and I am sure Aircel values you as a very important Customer. There can be a technical issue, suggest you to visit their nearest outlet and report this. I am sure they are going to help you on this.

This is quite strange to know, there must be some technical problem. Why don’t you visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem I am sure you will get some good help.

I’m using Aircel for the past 5 years and I don’t have any complain till date. The part I like most is there is no problem like network congestion and network fluctuation. Anurag Basu has been consistently delivering good movies. Other then Paanch and Black Friday there is Dev D which quite innovative though not acceptable to many, with Gulaal he has just re-emphasized his role in reviving a director centric cinema. Kudos to him.

I agree with wamritpalsingh . Try calling the Customer Care. It helps resolve issues especially if you escalate the matter to the supervisor. And yes do take the complaint number and the servicing person’s name on records.

I own a Maruti and have been driving it for the past 5 years.
