Get rid of this brand particularly Rapid as early as possible. Your problem has just begun and many more nagging problems will keep on coming coupled with most pathetic after sales service and attitude of dealers.

Whatever they charge for (be it Warrantee, Extended Warrantee, Drive Assure, Road Assistance, Insurance etc), it is useless as they deny all on one pretext or another. Moreover company and dealers are working hand in gloves to deny the real benefits and they together have made this brand into a desi read more...

Skoda and Reynold are the worst from after sales service point of view

In fact when you go for regular servicing they try to add some additional work which takes your total amount of servicing close to 18000-20000 and Website is silent about this.

It seems that top management either has no control over dealers or hand in gloves with dealers, otherwise why this problem with all the dealers.
