Do you think you have any options? Its clearly mentioned in the specs for Lumia 800 that it uses AGPS, hence its not cheating. Almost all the latest cell phones including iphone 5 uses AGPS, so why blame Nokia. Its advanced technology but not so accurate as a GPS device.
