agree with yogeshgarg27 palio stile 1.1 is the only car present in the segment that can seriosuly compete with spark. but it being heavy leaves it behind in fuel economy. 1.1 has good mileage as compared to 1.6 but its sluggish. I have a 1997 yamaha RXG which gives me 45 to 50 kmpl ... and a 2006 Gladiator gives me 55 to 60 kmpl ... it all depends on the driving conditions and the person who is driving ...

i hear that sound after a long driv even from my yamaha rxg! is is that seriuos?? average of my gladiator is 55 kmpl with two riders and city and highway mixed drive ... decent enough!

Well, i dont really recommend changing from YBX to Gladiator. Because its essentially the same engine with new gearbox( 5 speed vs 4 speed) and vast improvement in looks and handling of the bike.
