It’s really strange, I have been using this handset for the last 10 months and never ever did it hang or the software behave ackwardly. Could you give some examples of the problems you are facing with the handset.

I think you need to upgrade the phone software. In my case after upgrade, the phone did not hang even once in the last 5 months that I am using it.

Dear Hrisshi, I do not work for Airtel but I work for Tata. Its really unfortunate that you had to suffer with Digital TV. In my case I have not had any problems in the past 3 month that I had been using Airtel DTH.

The signal strength is shown on the television screen itself. I dont think there is any problem with that as they know the max signal values that can be reached in the area and they try to achieve that.

I have been to Infosys Mysore and I am proud to say that I have worked for Infosys. People who don’t like to work will find every company a modern day slavery camp. It is for your work that you are paid the huge salaries.

You should say that we should not use ICICI credit card for International transactions. I have been using their card in India and there has never been any problem.

It is really unfortunate that your handset is not working as it should. I have been using this handset for the last 4 months without any problems. Maybe you should try upgrading to the latest firmware. Thanks and keep writing.
