Today is 20 Sep 15 and till now the item is not picked up despite several false promises. Snapdeal really never cares for the customer.

Just to clarify that when i confirmed from my wife after they delivered the cake, that was the issue i observed and i complained to them and also got annoyed with them. Today is 04 sep and despite my several calls and about 14 personal mails i have not received the product.
