Yes very true >My personal experience with them .They just play game during disconnection and raise unwanted Bills n threaten with legal department .

Please read all review about Tikona .They just cheat ..I have billed even after disconnection request to CC .They give you big story of mail communication requirement /advance notice etc etc to you and ride you like anything ,,its my case ..please be care on TIkona
