Thanks !!! Mr. mkvermamadhu, SBI should atleast process my application taking the cost of the land as Rs. 85000/-. Only thing that would happen would be that the sanctioned amount of loan will become less. By going with a loan, I will have to surrender all the important property documents, in fact t read more...

Some Builder here at Coimbatore are writing lesser amount in the sales deed when compared to the amound written on the agreement to sell ? My SBI homeloan got rejected because of that. Other private banks are allowing this to be done ? Do not know whether it is right or wrong ? Please help
