Some Builder here at Coimbatore are writing lesser amount in the sales deed when compared to the amound written on the agreement to sell ? My SBI homeloan got rejected because of that. Other private banks are allowing this to be done ? Do not know whether it is right or wrong ? Please help

Hey .. the same thing has happened with me too ........ I booked for an online delivery on 24th OCT 2010. Its not delivered yet. Feeling frustrated calling up customer care too .. Truely hopelesss .. Any one knows the wayout. How do I get my cash back ? Any one please help
