File a grievance in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/public/ . For grievance no cost. It is very simple. You will get a response. If it does not solve the issue then you can file a petition. For petition also very nominal charges. Trust me I have tried.

In flipkart when sale and offer on Branded Apparel, shoes, luggage go on. We purchase at a discount which is fantastic. I have seen lately LG is providing substandard products. Almost like the appliance fails just after 1 year or 6 months warranty and then LG customer service does not help at all.
