I agree - the service is NOT promising & even after service contract renewal, you need to keep chasing with the customer care center folks to have someone at your doorstep to do the needful. Have been a Eurekha fobes customer for over 5years. The water purifier product is good, but the service sucks read more...

Thanks for sharing this information. Sad to know, that doctors are turning their backs on patients and busy counting number of patients attended for the day ( fees on consultations and tests.)

I agree. My wife was ill-treated by those goons(jr.doctors) during our visit to consult Dr.Devika. But that never happened, coz I was not a celebrity. Am happy we never met her because she's not worth-it after all the harassment and long waiting hours. They are just there to make money (IVU) center read more...
