They are shameless enough to not even reply to my complaints. I had a similar experience at yebhi.com so I switched to snapdeal only to know that they are worse than yebhi.com. True, I myself am going through such a bad experience with them. They have sent me a broken jewellery set and not they are not responding to anything :( I hope the snapdeal authority is reading this and will do something about this.
