I have complained about this and the poor quality of their authorized service centers to HMSI through their portal exactly a year back. You can be assured they are not listening. Max I can do is I recommend people against buying honda bikes because of the lack of good service centers in Chennai.

Hi vpadiyar, I had no idea of th experience I was about to undergo with HSBC. So I thought the excess balance better sit in my CC account and I can use it up in form of purchases in the next few months. But lesson indeed learnt. Thanks
