Tool box makes noise coz tools are loosely kept there. Use a strong rubber band to keep them together. Sir, even I admire that kind of thankless job they do. But when you are posted on the busy street and maintaining the traffic for long hours - it is not something you are doing out of kindness. You are paid and bribed to do it.
