Get advice of a lawyer and send them back the legal notice saying it's their fault (and actually it's their fault to deliver the credit card without verifying the details). They will shut their mouth and stop harassing you.

If you have cleared your funds.. then ignore their calls.. email their customer support..keep track of the support ticket numeber.. if they are not able to solve your query and you have cleared your funds... ignore everything.. ask your parents.. not to pay them a single penny.. nor you entertain th read more...

Ignore the letters and calls, let them send legal notice.. you reply them legally back.. you will get a statement with 0 as payable amount.. this will happen provided you are clear from your side with the proof and all.

I would advice.. disconnect the phone the moment they say, they are from SBI... who cares after that.. they will stop after sometime.. but don't try to explain each and every person, coz once you start explaining, they take you for granted.. so don't bother to do that, just disconnect the phone.

....i have been to couple of other institutions also (boston's, image etc) but i have never came across such bad (i should call it worst) behaviour from staff anywhere.. and 100% job gurantee is the thing that they say...we never asked for it.. and it has got nothing to with the attendence i read more...
