Seems to me like once you purchase a sim card the Indian Cellular service providers have direct access to your wallet. My home town is GOA and I honestly wouldn't advise any sane person to go the Goa during the period March to Aug. - It's way too hot and humid. (Unless you intend to spend the time inside an ac room all day) Dipti
