I guess you are referring to the free software from the Indicom site called 'Speedplus' that compresses all images and data so that less actual data are downloaded. I've had speedplus from the 3rd day after I got the Plug2Surf modem and I must say that there's not a big difference at all. I have eve read more...

Yeah I too got a call today from a Tata Indicom rep saying I was over my 1.5GB for Rs.900/month plan. I've only had this service for 3 weeks and haven't even received a single bill yet and a 'credit dept' rep i-s calling me? I asked to speak with her manager but she hung up on me! Damn!~
