This response proves my point. Their person called me only to complete the formality. No mention of problem no concrete time frame of solution. I totally agree with rdevakumar, letsby doesnot have any professional ethics, while other online sites give priority to customer service. There is also a news circulating that letsbuy has been bought by flipcart. I see that there is complete anarchy in this orgn.

I totally agree with you. It is a fraud site with probably bigger cheats at helm. We should never purchase from here.
