Hi Wanted, I agree with you that many builders are malpracticing, but what is the option with us; the buyers. You have to check the ground realioty and believe one of them. Else, you have option with very big brands like DLF, Raheja.. but then they can be another Ansal (Who also cheated !!!). So, read more...

I think there is no sample flat to see. Last time, when I had visited the place in October; they showed a ground work for sample flat. I gauged 3 BHK flat's carpet area from that.
