Hi Wanted, I agree with you that many builders are malpracticing, but what is the option with us; the buyers. You have to check the ground realioty and believe one of them. I think there is no sample flat to see. Last time, when I had visited the place in October; they showed a ground work for sample flat. I gauged 3 BHK flat's carpet area from that.
