Airtel customer care mostly manned by semi-illiterate and poorly paid guys. When I compIained about slow speed of broadband, immediately I was billed Rs.170/- extra for some junkware, which I never asked for. Airtel staff play mischief just for kicks.

Thanks for your nice review. I was thinking of buying Dell Studio. NOT NOW !!!!! . Look Nidhi, there is fierce competition. Only way to survive is to cut down quality and shutdown customer care. Is it really worth paying that much for i10 kappa that is not yet tested on Indian roads? For the price of Rs.4.9 Lacs, you could buy Swift Vxi fully fitted with accessories. Swift, unlike i10, is proven car with good performance.

Rs.5.15 lakhs is certainly high for a compact car. I would prefer to buy a sedan for a slightly higher price.

Hi Vijay! On road price for i-10 Magna in Noida is Rs.4,23,000/- (ex.show room price plus Insurance plus road tax & registration plus logistics?). I am still undecided because Hyundai already released i-30 (car of the year 2008 in Spain) and plans to release i-20 shortly in India.

Swift is well proven and better choice compared to i-10 both in terms of performance and comfort. You can effortlessly zap past i-10s on road while those guys keep fumbling with sticky gear. i-10 is reportedly under powered and super hyped car, certainly no match for Swift.

Hyundai doesn't provide detailed technical specifications. Difficult to trust new car models like i-10 unless long term performance is proven. Better to sit on the fence and wait it out.
Hi Sinhaji! The turning radius of i-10 is more than Santro which makes it inconvenient to handle during parking. i-10 is also about 100kgs heavier than Santro with a slightly improved engine rating. Hence I would expect i-10 to have same fuel economy as Santro i.e 10-12 kmpL. To me i-10 looks just read more...
