No! I am not Prince Hamlet, nor was meant to be;
Am an attendant lord, one that will do
To swell a progress, start a scene or two,
Advise the prince; no doubt, an easy tool,
Deferential, glad to be of use,
Politic, cautious, and meticulous,
Full of high sentence, but a bit obtuse;
At times, indeed, almost ridiculous--
Almost, at times, the Fool
- T.S. Eliot
...of one whose subdued eyes,
Albeit unused to the melting mood,
Drop tears as fast as the Arabian trees
Their medicinal gum....
- Act 5, Scene 2: Othello; William Shakespeare
Mockingbirds don’t do one thing but make music for us to enjoy. They don’t eat up people’s gardens, don’t nest in corncribs, they don’t do one thing but sing their hearts out for us. That’s why it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird.
-To Kill a Mockingbird; Harper Lee
Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin
-Matthew 6:28
I'm a quiet living man
Who prefers to spend the evenings
In the silence of his room;
Who likes an atmosphere as restful
As an undiscovered tomb.
A pensive man am I
Of philosophic joys;
Who likes to meditate,
Contemplate,
Free from humanity's mad, inhuman noise.
Just a quiet living man.
-My Fair Lady
Sir, I grow thinnah and thinnah.
- The living original from whom Wodehouse drew Psmith
I quote others only the better to express myself
-Michel De Montaigne
. People say that life is the thing, but I prefer reading
-Logan Pearsall Smith
Reading Books. To me, reading books is not just a simple interest, it is a compound interest. I treasure my books the way a miser treasures his gold.
P.G.Wodehouse has for long remained my favorite writer. I hope to write a review some day on one of the master's works.
My all time favorite book is 'The Class' by Erich Segal.

Psycho-Analysis(the psycho i am alluding to is ofcourse me)
Writing(too ambitious an interest). Presently, my writings are restricted to Comments on Mouthshut and a few lines of code at my workplace. Thankfully it is not the otherway round, if you know what i mean. :)
I am happiest when I do nothing. I revel in idleness. The best days are those when I curl up with a book in my bed, doze off and wake up from an 8 to 10 hr. undisturbed sleep
