I made a call to the butterfly service centre and they told that the lid cost is Rs.60 to 100 only. Damn! I spent more than Rs.250 for calling to bluedart and snapdeal.

I think that you are the most affected person (in this forum)by snapdeal.Sorry for that. I'm also suffering to send back a damaged product for the past 1 week through their courier partner.(Bluedart) and lost Rs.250 for calling them to book a reverse pickup. OMG!You trusted them and paid Rs 43699/- and you lost your peace. Snapdeal never respond to emails and facebook comments. They just ignored those comments.I hope that they will deliver the product safely.
