I fully agree with u. I have the same model of Dell laptop. Its battery has started give problem. Dell people are of no help. My advice to prospective buyers: dont be taken in by high publicity of Dell. Their laptops are just not any good

Dear Sarth, I too have the same laptop which is more than an yr old now but I have not purchased AMC. Lately I m not able to view the PDF files. I have to save them first, though I've the latest adobe reader. Can u suggest a way out. Thanks

Hi Rahul, u have sounded a word of caution. I hope investors do keep their cool and remain orderly. I agree with u that taking the matter to court may not be wise thing. We shd try to reach a solution with city people

i dont think calling media would serve any purpose. If ranting on the TV or newspapers served anything, Shiney Ahuja would have been a free man today.
