the article does not provide any added info byte/ insight that is not widely known already. amazon is hardly a great site for Indian buyers of books. instead, listing out good Indian portals that provide value for money, range of collection and good service would have been useful knowledge to share.

thanks for ur suggestion. yes, it is very much within the warranty period; but the retailers are not willing to buy it back and there is no direct pt of contact with the company except the call centre. Had sent an email to Motorola early May'07 asking for a part replacement or re-fund but they havnt read more...
