Ruchira - I did not get an opportunity to explore other products. Its good that you checked the reviews first before buying the product. This is something that I did not do.... Going by the product, There was a problem in the Power button and you know the history all above... The after sales sup read more...

Jago Grahak Jago - File a case in consumer court. Giving simply the comments/rating on Mouthshut is also not useful as Eureka forbes Manager (Ms Rupali Chandra) will only apologies to you and nothing will happen further.

Jago Grahak Jago - File a case in consumer court and see the response.... You will need to make less effort than those you are putting to contact Eureko forbes..
How sincere is your apology ??? And btw is is definitely not a inconvenience...It is a mental harassment.... Imagine...U buy a TV/LCD/Fridge from the market and it does not work starting the very next day...
