Have you read our story ? I had got a call from the branch manager after my review. But getting a legal notice means they are worried now. By the way, we have not heard from them yet about our case that is being investigated by the Police and supposedly by ICICI too. They say they have an invest read more...

We recently had a terrible experience with ICICI bank. Their customer care is terrible. They are just after meeting targets. Nobody cares about the current customers.

We have an update from ICICI bank. A man from their investigation department called up yesterday and asked us whether we had filled up a dispute form. Your customer care (?) team sends the same email again and again. Looks like the content of various types of emails have been stored in some kind of templates. They just copy-paste the same text. I asked them questions. They send some standard reply. No mention of what I asked. So ... I do not wish read more...

Reply to dass73 .. There was no fishing attack. We know what it is since we both have been working in software field for the last 7/8 years. By the way, money was debited from my wife's account. So we suspect person who have access to the system (database) and debit cards (grid numbers) or there read more...
Oh sure. .. I'll update this page when ICICI take any action on this. They have all the access and I believe, they should even involve the police to catch the culprits. We have to do this it seems. Going round police stations now to seek help.
