We recently had a terrible experience with ICICI bank. Their customer care is terrible. They are just after meeting targets. Nobody cares about the current customers.

We have an update from ICICI bank. A man from their investigation department called up yesterday and asked us whether we had filled up a dispute form. Oh sure. .. I'll update this page when ICICI take any action on this. They have all the access and I believe, they should even involve the police to catch the culprits. We have to do this it seems. Going round police stations now to seek help.
