It so happened that the dealers I had contacted never bothered to turn up. There were others listed on the website who said that they had switched to Tata. Dish I still feel offers more viewing choice than Tata and this is an area where Tata has to improve
Indeed SKY is good, but it can do a lot more to be user friendly and customer focused. In India, they still have some way to go, and in the absence of competition, there is no real effort on their part
