thanks to all who gave me advice/tips. Looks like complaining loudly/often and then posting on mouthshut did the trick - the customer service was much better and responsive ever since I posted here in beginning of April.
I had been calling them every week starting Dec and each time they would tell me it is being processed - then in January they told me that they never received the paper tickets back from me (this was lost in the mail by UPS) and every time I called , they would say it would be processed in 2-3 weeks read more...

I saw the corporate response - did you actually get your refund back? What did you do to get it? MMT still owes me 4200$ approx
