Mr. Prasad, it happens. But today the customer is the king. You have various ways to sue the dealer/ company. Hope by now your prob wud have been solved. Ofcourse, he should have been polite with you. But, in the cyber age, where we are facing lot of phising attacks and other cyber crimes, he can't be blamed.
