After lots of follow up, facebook comments etc, I got my item delivered. The item was new & neatly packed. Thanks. If you're planning buy anything with them, just use COD for peace of mind!
Its now 16th & still no news of reshipping. none of customer care people have any clue about my problem. Each time I call, they behave as if I am lying. Everyone says that they will talk to backend team & come back. Sadly no one ever calls any one.
