If you can then send them some legal notice or file case in consumer court as suggested by some here. Immediately file charge back/dispute request to your bank to get your money. As these are big frauds/criminals/cheaters and will surely torture you but not refund any money though you can keep on tr read more...

These frauds will not refund money. Its better if you request immediately for making dispute request/charge back request to the bank which you have used for payment. Hopefully you will get your money. Best of Luck.

You can try contacting your credit card customer care and file a dispute request against the Timtara to get your money refunded. I have also done same as I have also been cheated from the site.
