I Gireesh, I have similarly filed a dispute agianst my transaction 10 days ago . But I am yet to receive the payment and I am being told to wait.

They never dispatch, Its better to sue this company. Unfortunately Indian Judiciary doesn't have any provision for Group Case where a group of consumers collectively can file a common case. @Chaitukrish: Hi Chaitu, is it necessary that I cancel my transaction because I am yet to cancel the transaction. As one executive from HDFC CC told me its not necessary . But due to all these happenings, I am loosing my faith .

Thanks for the suggestions friends, I have raised a dispute transaction with HDFC credit card, they say they have started investigation but it feels this money would be very hard to come . Hi Jayalakshmi, I too have ordered a phone for myself and the status of the order is awaiting shipment. I think, we should all collectively take an action in consumer court against these guys.
