DO NOT EVEN THINK about this company. By the time you realise, you will be out of their campus. NO JOB SECURITY at all. They will recruit you by showing one project which would have gone to some other vendor 4 months back itself. They will keep you on bench and kick you out

Guess this post was written by a well paid HR. I have seen ups and downs of Polaris and I do not believe in what is given here.
