Hello my friend this is a common issue that can occur on any vehicle if the idle rpm is not set right. i own a pulsar 150 dts i 2004 model clocked 25k on the bike and it does 110 to 115 if you are in delhi mail me at param1892000@yahoo.com and we can test both the bikes on road and do check my review 'my pulsar rocks' any ways apache is a good bike so nothing to harm you.
