Yes The book gives lots of good ideas.But who would implement them.If I can recollect correctly one of the idea was leiving a tax of Rs 1 per ltr of petrol to develop roads/highways which was implemented but the subsequent rise in petro products has made it meaning less. I too visited paris by a 5star bus last year and it was really a comfortable and economical journey.
