If you paid through credit card, go to your bank and file credit card dispute. You will get your money back within 1 month guaranteed.

If you have ordered through credit card, raise a credit card dispute at your bank..The bank will take care of it and you will surely get your money back in 1 month max. I am going to do the same after 5 days ( the time that they have asked to refund). My order number was 3002677934.

As per my shopping experience with shopping.indiatimes.com, I can tell that the delivery time they mention is the minimum time required to ship the product LOL!!! unlike the other portals.
