Dear Mr IFB, I would like to repeat that I have paid close to 5000 to replace all these parts 5 months ago. It's just been 2 months since the warranty has ex .. pired. I received a call from IFB Goa office saying, I should take their AMC and then they would replace the parts within the AMC. When the lady from Goa spoke to the local dealer, the dealer refused and is asking me to pay again for the part and also take AMC. FUnny isn't it?! :) I would i need to go thro read more...
I still haven't received any update Mr IFB. Like Rachana, and many others, you have lost another customer for life!! Just not me, I am gonna ensure that I let my friends and family know about the pathetic service and bad quality IFB products!!
My problems are similar to that of Rachana and sjanaswa. I am from Pune and my complaint number is 11807842. I would appeal to everybody that DO NOT BUY IFB PRODUCTS. IFB Products are the worst ever! I am facing a similar problem with IFB Digital 5.5 kg washing machine. The tub has gone bad. The machine makes a lot of noise and I even replaced the tub by paying Rs 5000, but again after 5 months of usage the service engineer says that it has to replaced!! Are they read more...
