PM would through your profile to HR pool and HR manager would tell you to put resignation. That's ValueLabs policies. Be careful everyone. This is not a right company.

4 months back, I left valuelabs and found really sick IT services company. They don't cares sound skills here. If you are very good on oiling and know to play politics so always welcome to join.
