Yes I agree. 1.5 ago I gave my car for service, they forgot to put the new oil seal in the engine block, which they charged me for in the bill!!!!! Luckily I checked the car before taking delivery and there was oil all over the engine. I complained to Maruti HQ. They even tried to persuade me not to read more...

Take your case to Pehredaar on CNBC Aawaaz. Recently ICICI bank was fined heaviliy for using goons to collect dues. Dont let them go. This bank has become number 1 by compromising on service quality on all of its products and will definitely lose in the long run.

Thanks for pointing out this. Too bad you had to put up with this. Anyways, you must be living in a small town, because cablewallahs charge anywhere between 1000 to 2500 for a new connection for a rented place in a metro city. Well, I guess you put up a review too quickly. In any case, thats your choice. Your case is a bit of misunderstanding, more so in case to Tata's customer service fault.
