I am also shocked at thsi level of service provided by a tata docomo. have you tried BSNL? And did you test the 1 Mbps outside your house through speedtest.net or just any downloads?

Hi All, I am too one of those fooled by Birla Sunlife. I have even written to IRDA & SEBI but they have just forwarded my complaint to BSLI who in turn started interacting with me with the same fine prints - 65%, 7.5% and all the crap. the problem is how to check these malpractices by these cab operators. they think they can escape but they should be liable for punishment. There should be a penalty levied on them. How can we all unite to get this implemented?

One good experience is not good enough to praise the services while one bad experience as was with akpd is enough to spoil the reputation. The average ratings Meru is getting is very poor. I was about to go for Meru but have decided otherwise.

What you are not mentioning the distance you travelled. They do not send cabs for short distances. Also did they turn up at the time you booked for?
