I am also shocked at thsi level of service provided by a tata docomo. have you tried BSNL? And did you test the 1 Mbps outside your house through speedtest.net or just any downloads?

Hi All, I am too one of those fooled by Birla Sunlife. I have even written to IRDA & SEBI but they have just forwarded my complaint to BSLI who in turn started interacting with me with the same fine prints - 65%, 7.5% and all the crap. the problem is how to check these malpractices by these cab operators. they think they can escape but they should be liable for punishment. There should be a penalty levied on them. How can we all unite to get this implemented?
pallavi ps don’t compare door to door service with microsoft bugs please. The opportunities of defect have to be taken in consideration. One good experience is not good enough to praise the services while one bad experience as was with akpd is enough to spoil the reputation. The average ratings Meru is getting is very poor. I was about to go for Meru but have decided otherwise.

What you are not mentioning the distance you travelled. They do not send cabs for short distances. Also did they turn up at the time you booked for?

I am surprised by overdrive's rating of fusion as the worst driver car. The mileage I got onthe second full tank was 11.0 Km per litre - city drive in Gurgaon.
Good review brohit. One thing which can also be mentioned, although a small point, is the conveneint cabin lights which are controlled by the door lock. The ignition lock has a coded chip which can only turn the engine ON. There is no possibility of car stealing even if someone has exact duplicates read more...
