I do have a lot of transactions....credit card, debit card, online banking and trading. Though I must say I haven't taken any loans from them. One of the member's comment was that I may face their other side once I take one. But so far, so good.

Probably it was just an exceptional experience with you. Otherwise Hutch isn't this bad when it comes to customer service.
