hey even i have got such hefty bill!!i didnt pay them a buck.Let them come to my home and i ll take this to court and all.This is clearly a bsnl's mistake and they cant charge us whatever they like.Don pay them a buck.We ll go to court and screw them properly incase they don budge but just DONT PAY
