Yes, their delivery system is not 'working couples' friendly. Some months back, they used to have 2 delivery cycles. I used to generate the pick up requests after 11 am so that they deliver the movies in the 2nd cycle i.e. after 7pm. But, the '2 delivery cycle' is no longer there. However, I have b read more...

It seems, from the reviews, that the service is pretty sad in Delhi. Yes, the customer care of BigFlix is of no use - they can only file a complaint. Once filed, I doubt whether anyone works on it. I would suggest you to visit a BigFlix store and sort out the problems there as the store personnel have the contact numbers of the city management.

Such reviews are extremely important as they reveal the quality of the service in a particular city, Mumbai, in your case. Yes, I agree with you, BigFlix's customer care is pathetic.
