Yeah I loved 'Wag the dog' kinda like whats happening the world today. Very stimulating train of thought in all of Mamets films.
Yo, point in question is Curaon's direction. he seems kinda slow to build upto the points. He misses some important scenes like how Sirius actually escapes from prison. Maybe thats in the DVD extended version. Would agree with 'ink' about how the movie cannot capture the essence of the book.
