Which customer care number did u call to ? They have a toll free number which they don't advertise which is 18001806000 It also acts as a hotline if your mobile number from which you are calling is registered with videocon d2h.

In the first week of using the trackpad, I felt it too smooth but the ease of using it improves with time. The more one uses the gestures more will be the fun using the trackpad. Now I'm fully adjusted with this trackpad and I totally love it.
I am using this laptop with a dual boot system where I have installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and I have faced no problems in the Ubuntu os so far...everything is working fine. And the laptop package includes CD containing drivers which are compatible only with Windows 10 64bit.. I have searched online f read more...
