100% I agree with this review as I own one now! Very poor mileage, dealer says nothing is possible, Toyota not willing to own up responsibility. I am stuck!

In general about the customer service concepts followed now, I would request members to note the following. There is a basic difference between the west and India in that, they keep details of most of their purcahse records intact and can answer questions by the customer service executive. How read more...
