Still not received the product? Normally they cancels the order and refund it as 'Pappad' points. Thus you cannot reuse your discount coupons! Great business practice, isn't it?

Same happened with me too, but I asked them to refund my money not as points but as cash. They agreed for that but not sure when I am going to get it. No doubt its a fraud company, the customer care executive told me they have no 'return policy', even if you receive a faulty product you cannot request a refund nor a replacement! Still you want to go with Naaptol, call their customer care, ask for the link to 'return policy'.
