Still not received the product? Normally they cancels the order and refund it as 'Pappad' points. Thus you cannot reuse your discount coupons! Great business practice, isn't it?

Same happened with me too, but I asked them to refund my money not as points but as cash. They agreed for that but not sure when I am going to get it.
