In Kerala legislative assembly about 60% of people are from reserved category.People from reserved category are being recruited in civil services and govt jobs apart from parliament since the independence. I think this is enough. Throw away this quota legislation.Its crap nothing else.I read revi read more...

I got the book from my friend.To tell the truth i did not finished it,because it was very boring.Everyone told that it was a good book,therefore i never commented on it .But after reading your view I strongly agree that it is over rated book.
