1. Download Claim Forms from ICICI's Lombard Website 2. Read Claiming process, if possible kindly post summary on some blog for everybody's benefit. 3. Keep necessary documents and forms always somewhere near bike (bike's dikki) Good Luck!
FYI, I haven't received any response against my complaint raised at their website and am turning to mouthshut after that. Take everything IN WRITING, ALL PROMISES made by ICICI Bank's representatives, be them Salary Account, Loan or any other services.
