I agree Hitachi has extremely BAD after sales service.As i also own a Hitachi Ac since last 1 year & have seen the attitude of the service guys. They are totally lousy guys & unprofessional people

Hi Friends I too owe a 14 EOD Quadricool Hitachi 1 ton ac But the sae problme with the Service giys & service centre, Too pathetic se4rvice & too lousy guys. even i did not get the wet service.for my AC.

Happens Sometimes, nothing but a Bad luck otherwise Nokia Base models are generally always dependable.I am a Nokia Fan.& have used Only Nokia's since the last 8 years
