This type of fraud done with my relative also... We can't fight with LIC, coz they don't take any actions against his agents... We can't go to court also, coz that LIC agent didn't login our policy in his name.. He logged our policy in fake agent code...

if someone bliendly faith to an agent for investment without reading documents, u can't blame to the company... coz terms and conditions are always clear in policy documents of all insurance companies...
